Adrenal suppression:

• Weakness/fatigue

• Malaise

• Nausea

• Vomiting

• Diarrhea

• Abdominal pain

• Headache (usually in the morning)

• Fever

• Anorexia/weight loss

• Myalgia

• Arthralgia

• Psychiatric symptoms

• Poor linear growth in children

• Poor weight gain in children

Adrenal crisis:

• Hypotension

• Decreased consciousness

• Lethargy

• Unexplained hypoglycemia

• Hyponatremia

• Seizure

• Coma
