- The four higher doses were prepared introducing the necessary volume from the original syringe (60 mg/ml) into four insulin syringes (0.55, 0.25, 0.125 and 0.05 ml respectively). For the four smaller doses, appropriate dilutions were made with saline solution, starting from the original syringe.
