The protein levels of total IgA, IgA1, IgA2, and TGF-β in sinonasal tissue homogenates of CRSwNP, CRSsNP, and control groups. The concentrations of total IgA and IgA1 in tissue homogenates of CRSwNP patients were significantly increased in comparison to CRSsNP and control groups. There is no difference in the protein level of IgA2 in three groups.
