  1. The number of risk factors is correlated with the mortality rate (i.e. for one or less risk factors, the calculated mortality rate is 3.2%, for 2 risk factors, the mortality is 12.1%, for 3, 35.3%, for 4, 58.3% and for 5 and more, the mortality rate is more than 90%
