Total plasma IgG, IgA and IgM: Total plasma IgG, IgA, and IgM was measured in non-endemic Sweden control samples (n = 10), in Peruvian controls that were helminth negative and healthy (n = 30), in helminth negative pulmonary TB patients (Helminth-/TB+; n = 42), and in helminth positive pulmonary TB patients (Helminth+/TB+; n = 19).
