Results shown are 168 genes profiled from two PCR arrays: Allergy & Asthma and Human Cytokines & Chemokines (Qiagen). 1HAE cells with high or low ORMDL3 expression were stimulated with TNF-α for 24 hours and differences in gene expression were compared. Comparing low ORMDL3 expression to high ORMDL3 expression, circles are genes with less than 1.5 fold change and triangles are genes down-regulated by more than 1.5 fold.
