OMB omalizumab, SPT skin prick test
^aSeven serial 10-fold dilutions of fresh cow’s milk were prepared in sterile saline immediately before SPT. Each dilution (1:10, 1:10², 1:10³, 1:10⁴, 1:10⁵, 1:10⁶, 1:10⁷) was placed at 4 cm intervals on the volar surface of both forearms. The mean weal diameter was calculated and the highest threshold of SPT was defined as follows: the highest dilution inducing a mean weal diameter of 3+ mm was considered the observed end-point dilution
