The Lineage⁻ cell fraction was isolated from subjects with who were mono-sensitized to pollen (AS-pollen group) and with who were mono-sensitized to HDM (AS-HDM group) and then cultured for 7 days with medium, IL-2 (20 U/mL), IL-33 (25 ng/mL) alone, IL-33 (25 ng/mL) alone or a combination of IL-25 and IL-33.
