A semi-quantitative scoring system for elucidating FOXJ1 localization under fluorescence microscopy. We elucidated the FOXJ1 localization score of nasal polyps from a patient (ID: NP-no. 301) by using our scoring system based on five areas under microscopy. The individual score of the 5 areas was 0 (a), 0 (b), 1 (c), 2 (d), 2 (e); and the average score was (0 + 0+1 + 2+2)/5 = 1. FOXJ1: forkhead-box J1; NP: nasal polyp
