The protein levels of total IgA, IgA1, and IgA2 in ENP and N-ENP patients in comparison to CRSsNP group. The levels of total IgA and IgA1 in tissue homogenates of ENP patients were significantly increased in comparison to CRSsNP group. The level of IgA1 was increased in N-ENP rather than CRSsNP group. There is no difference in the protein level of IgA2 in three groups.
