  1. A majority of patients had a Tmax1 less than 15 min, i.e. epinephrine reached the circulation in time to counteract the effects of general allergic reactions/anaphylaxis. A majority of these patients reached a Cmax1 before 10 min post injection. The same patients were injected once with Epipen® and twice with Auvi-Q®. Modified after Edwards [10] Table 3.
