Changes in the scores of objective clinical signs after initiation of tacrolimus eye drop treatment. The total score of the 10 clinical signs (range 0–30) significantly decreased from baseline to 2 weeks after initiation of tacrolimus eye drop treatment. Tacrolimus eye drops elicited a statistically significant difference in the mean total clinical scores over the course of treatment. The adjusted mean score was 14.3 (95% CI, 12.1–16.6) at baseline and decreased to 3.49 (95% CI, 0.88–6.11) at 10 years after initiation
