Effect of IL-35 on PMA plus A23187-stimulated MAPKs activation. a After pretreatment of IL-35 for 6 h, HMC-1 cells were stimulated by PMA (50 nM) plus A23187 (1 μM) for 15 min for MAPKs activation.
