PET/CT scan 10/28/21 Multifocal hypermetabolic mixed lytic and sclerotic lesions were seen throughout the axial and appendicular skeleton. Most significantly, there were pathologic compression fractures of the L3 vertebral body with an associated hypermetabolic soft tissue mass extending into and narrowing the central spinal canal
