• Facial, rectal and thoracic abcess at birth |
• Visible superficial veins |

• Recurrent otitis leading to current hearing loss |

• Broad nasal bridge |

• History of several episodes of pneumonia that made him bed-ridden but none were severe |
• No history of bronchitis |

• Current chronic diarrhea |
